Security took awhile.
This airport is a little out dated compare to others. it looks small and there are not a lot of monitors!!!
Very limited options if you want to eat on a layover. If you are on Southwest, save yourself the time and go to the Pork&pickle. You wont have to leave the TSA area. I really don't like this airport.
Remember to use the bathrooms as a tornado shelter... or if you have to poo
Delayed 7 hrs due to weather in ORD. Ate bfst and lunch both at Home Run, one of only 2 choices that weren't fast food. Marginal food both times; rather surly waitstaff to boot.
Bypass the Starbucks and grab Roasterie coffee inside the gate. Local and delicious.
We were here on a layover and had to go through security all over again. Lame. I've never had to do that at any other airport when switching planes.
No food... Are you freaking kidding me Kansas City? You can't possibly claim to be the BBQ capital without serving SOMETHING in the airport. Screw Kansas City.
