Kaeten handled our issue with class, professionalism, caring and a diligence to make sure I was up and running with ap and transmissions on my Medtronic Linq Loop Recorder. He went out of his way to assist from start to finish. So pleasant and courteous to converse with and just made our day a little brighter. His attitude was truly one of 'how can I help you". Hard to find such quality.
Absolutely TERRIBLE schedule team canceled my appointment twice and would have put my care off for 6 months. Never answer the phone.
Dr. Lakkireddy is my primary cardiologist at this facility. He is absolutely one of the finest and most caring doctors that I have ever been treated by. He is friendly but professional and listens carefully to me and ensures that I am well cared for not only by him but by other doctors as well. He is one of two cardiologists that I see and he did an amazing job implanting my lead-less pacemaker. Now he not only ensures it is running correctly but also that everything else is as well.
No issues with the initial visit. However, post visit communication is poor. Left 3 messages with answering service on sequential days but no call back. Left message on the portal and did get a call back, then nothing. Very frustrating. I have since moved on to another Cardiac group.
Dr Pothineni is a super electrophysiologist not only because is he brilliant, but he also sees and listens to his patients to help him formulate a plan. He is an excellent communicator and explained the “whys and hows” that I wanted to know, which is calming. He has done two ablations on me and has explained the reasons well. He is exceptional at what he does while also being kind.
