The staff at Kansas City Funeral Directors was caring and understanding and listened to all of our concerns. They explained in detail what we needed to do and they did not try to sell any other services than what we went in for. They have done several family members in the past. I would recommend them highly if and when the need arises.

I really wanted to be mad because i couldn't dress him but I couldn't because it wasn't your fault....thank you for convincing me that I couldn't do it....you were very helpful, direct, and very affordable....someday i am sure you will see me back there again...not anytime soon mind you ;)
They are kind hearted and really care about understanding and helping you and family. They also were great at explaining things in detail and made sure to answer all questions
