Once again KC Foot and Ankle did a great job on my visit this week! Lisa is excellent to work with - very knowledgeable and friendly. And I think Dr Jameson is excellent…very thorough and professional! If you need a good foot doctor - go there!
Dr. Jameson is very attentive and treats only when necessary. Always enjoy seeing her.
Medical staff is friendly, and Dr. Anderson really does care about his patients.
This place has TERRIBLE policies. 6 months after a very small procedure, my credit card was charged. I called to discuss and I got nothing but attitude and "we followed policy". I have proof that what they notated was incorrect and I received no grace. I let them know I have no problem paying what is owed. It's the fact that I was not notified. I get that they need to be paid for work that was done but the way they go about it goes to show that money is more important than their patients.
