RecommendedDr Ketcherside restored my vision when no one else could. Dr Nichols keeps my eyes in good condition. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. These are the only Drs I have kept since moving 3&1/2 hours away. Totally worth the drive.

I appreciate the thoughtful staff at KC EYE! The steps they take to ensure the safety of their staff and patients is second to none. They always treat me with respect and care. Dr. Bircher and assistants are the bomb-diggidy!
I had the absolute worst experience speaking with Mallory. She even stated she was completely unable to be of any assistance because she literally didn’t even try. I asked if they accepted vision coverage from my employer’s self funded plan and she then asked who it was through. At no point did she offer to take my member ID number or ask another associate, she just told me that since she doesn’t know she assumes they don’t accept it.
