I just devoured my filet mignon tenderloin medallions today. The best steaks ever! I cook mine 3 minutes on each side and if I remember, I salt them a bit. If not,I love just pain. I don't think they need added flavor, so I give the seasoning packet enclosed in the order to a friend. I should have taken a picture before I ate them. Will reorder

Steaks had an odd taste. I spent about $200 on this meat, and now we have two almost full boxes of steaks that we don't plan to eat. Based on the reviews that I'm seeing now (too late), it appears that this company just sends out garbage and absorbs the cost of dealing with the complaints. Here's a suggestion - IMPROVE YOUR QUALITY rather than putting resources into dealing with complaints case-by-case. Pitiful.
