Took my car in for a mystery problem with my Volvo's electronic system, and they were fast, professional, and helpful. As it turned out, they could not fully complete the needed repair at their location (through no fault of their own), and they were very accommodating in getting the car to the dealership where it could get the specialized software service it required.
