The staff are great but today was really disappointing. We were 40 deep. What is the point of putting an arrival time if there aren't enough busses to pick up people.
Drivers are nice. Feel safe. Suggest to call the dispatch when you arrive back in KC to ensure a shuttle is waiting.
I travel almost every week and always use this place plus they always have a coupon. First time in two years I didn't use a coupon and found a ding on my new car. I don't know what happened but they always use to park the cars in a manner that would avoid this as that is why I use them. Maybe they have changed over or something but waiting to see if they reply to my complaint and may add an update after. It's just a small ding but I didn't figure I'd get my first ding here.
Professional, friendly, helpful, efficient.
