Rarely answers the phone, doesn’t return voicemails. If you don’t want to work with a family just say that, much easier.
Went to this place last year and had such a garbage experience… gotta love being told your anxiety symptoms are “untreatable” after like 2 or 3 sessions (with literally zero actionable advice other than to read a book that had nothing to do with what I was going through). They never answer the phone verrryy frustrating honestly!
After ten years of being unable to trust most medical professionals due to a traumatic experience of an adverse reaction to SSRIs, I was able to find someone who could actually help me.
