"Satisfied" Kanpai Sushi has been our favorite Japanese place to go to when we're hungry for japanese food. My usual order is the combo chicken/vegetable tempura. Sushi is my husband's favorite order. We're always satisfied, never complained! Price is very reasonable.
Ok place but not my first choice in Japanese Before all the other sushi places in town opened up, they were a good alternative to stop by and eat. The service was not too keen though considering that it took a long time to get the food out. Plus you can tell the quality of the sushi by the rice to content ratio and boy do they add a lot of rice! For the price you pay the quality has to match and it is not there. Too many selections now in the area and they would not be my first choice.
Excellent quality, reasonable prices! This is our favorite sushi restaurant! The rolls are HUGE - not sure why anyone would complain about them being overpriced when you consider the amount you are getting! You can literally make a meal out of one roll - when you consider other places where you get half the amount for about the same price, there's really no comparison. Yum! I really enjoy Kanpai. Me and my family come here alot. The waitress even remembers what my sister wants each time we go! They are very good. A little pricey but very worth it. They seem to be understaffed, however, and sometimes the service is slow. But otherwise they are great.
Slow, Overpriced, Unimpressive I ate at this restaurant on a Sunday night. Service was very slow and annoying. The two groups that arrived after me received their menus first and they received their food before I did. It took a long time for the waitress to finally come over to my table to take my order.
