My husband ordered the Kanpai hibachi plate, expecting to get a decent amount of food even though he ordered it without vegetable, but what was delivered was NOT worth the $26 we paid for it! Called the restaurant to see what happened and got told that is the normal amount of meat that is put on that plate. Very disappointed!
We have been sitting at our table for over an hour. We haven’t seen our waitress in about 45 minutes. No food. No service. The table behind us sat down after us, ate and left, and we still do not have our food. When I asked the waitress if we could at least just have the kids meals brought to the table, she said “they said it would be one more minute. We are busy” and that was 15 minutes ago. We will never come back.
Great food..... that is if you can get it. Placed a Togo order for very simple menu items (fried rice) waited over 1 hour for food. Paid. Sent us on our way, got home and items were ordered were missing. Drive back up to their location, waited another 20 mins. We won’t be back. I hate that too because the food really is good!

I went here based on the reviews by a couple of coworkers. I have to wonder if we went to the same restaurant. First off the waiter's attitude left a lot to be desired. I didn't see Won Ton Soup on the menu, so I thought I would ask, as menu items change all the time. He snarkily replied that if it wasn't on they menu, they didn't have it. Okay dokie smokie.
