Extremely rude front desk staff who answers the phone. Is this really an attorney's office? Not sure how it's advisable or respectful to transfer someone in the middle of speaking to you. Please train your associates to be more professional.
We met Jeff Groover a few Months after Hurricane Michael thru a mutual friend.. Little did I know the things Jeff was able to do.. He settled the property damage on our house , Mother in law suite and Boat dock.. We received enough money to repair everything that was damaged..
