Was in a car accident last year retained this firm and have had poor communication with them and they don’t keep you updated and just today they just sent me an email withdrawing from my case w/o reason. Now have to find new lawyers to fight and start all over again. Will never recommend them. The only one who was in communication was Maurice. I will never use this firm again. Wish I could give zero stars.

Si pudiese darle 0 estrellas se las daría, 6 meses esperando respuesta alguna, nadie se comunica, hay que estar detrás de ellos, para que después 6 meses abandonen el caso sin decir mas!

Extremely rude front desk staff who answers the phone. Is this really an attorney's office? Not sure how it's advisable or respectful to transfer someone in the middle of speaking to you. Please train your associates to be more professional.

We met Jeff Groover a few Months after Hurricane Michael thru a mutual friend.. Little did I know the things Jeff was able to do.. He settled the property damage on our house , Mother in law suite and Boat dock.. We received enough money to repair everything that was damaged.. We also own a business and we had "Business Interruption Coverage" We were running into a brick wall trying to deal with the Insurance Company. Finally I turned it over to Jeff..
