I retained this law firm after my accident in March, and unfortunately my experience has been very frustrating due to ongoing communication issues. It often takes multiple calls — sometimes five or more — just to reach my case manager. Case managers have changed several times throughout my case, which has made it difficult to stay informed or build consistency.
