I had my eye exam and looked at glasses. The lady that was helping me informed me that they would not order them until I paid half and my friend Carol was told the same thing because she had an eye exam and went with me. So I went to the Pittsburg office explained everything and picked out a new pair of glasses and paid 150.00 on the balance. 4 days later I paid another hundred leaving the balance 75. Horrible customer service!! 5 weeks after being seen in their office, I reached out to see why there was such a delay on my daughter's glasses. Each time I called, they never answered the phone, only replying by text message. 6 weeks in, they finally told me through text message that her frames were on backorder. 8 weeks later, we finally recieved confirmation that her glasses were in and they could be picked up at our convenience.
