I had my eye exam and looked at glasses. The lady that was helping me informed me that they would not order them until I paid half and my friend Carol was told the same thing because she had an eye exam and went with me. So I went to the Pittsburg office explained everything and picked out a new pair of glasses and paid 150.00 on the balance. 4 days later I paid another hundred leaving the balance 75. Now today I call to see if my glasses are ready and this is when they inform me they have ordered the old pair and never sent... read more
