The staff and Dr. Dunn were friendly and professional. Excellent service provided. I recommend this dentist's office.
Front desk incompetent. I've been a patient in the past but this girl couldn't find me in the system. So I'm in agony with a tooth that needed to come out weeks ago but office was closed with NO emergency help THEN since she can't find me, I have to wait for a new patient appointment and go through setting up a 'treatment plan ' when all I want is to get this tooth out of my mouth NOW. My initial appointment was so good, even with the group of students who took over and performed the xray. At the end of my appointment, I was given a quote for 2 crowns at $675 each and a cleaning that would be at no cost. I was excited about this because the price of the 2 crowns at this office is the amount I paid for one at a different dentist. I decided to make an appointment to get my teeth cleaned.
