I’ve used Kannapolis Plumbing Service, and unfortunately, it’s been the worst experience I’ve had with a plumbing company. I'm honestly surprised they're still in business. The management is extremely poor — the manager, Gary, is working at his father-in-law’s company, and it really shows in the lack of professionalism and accountability. I highly recommend Kannapolis Service Co. We hired them to replumb our house. Wow, they did a great job. The guys were in and out leaving us feeling good about the job they did. The price was very reasonable. No more headaches of water leaks. Thank you !!!!
