Charged us $85 to come out the guy used a inferred thermometer to check inside of fridge and the compressor and said need a new compressor $900 didn’t check anything else. No electrical no gauges nothing. He said it’s to hot to touch I literally went down there and touched it and it was warm not to hot to touch. He never pulled the panel inside off I did after he left after reading forums and what do you know if there is ice on the inside the compressor is working.
Do Not use them. I called and gave exact details what my LG washer error code related, it needed a new water level sensor. They charged a fee that they say will go towards the cost of my Repair if I use them to repair it. They contract others from anywhere and then the ones they contract to do the job want to charge you a Ridiculous amount of money $291 but will take the $85 off. Great prices and friendly!
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They do not do the repair, they simply charge $80. to find someone ELSE to do it. Your repair is inflated by that $80. for people who have virtually NOTHING to do with helping to fix your appliance.
