Crooks! Charged $85 dollars and tested nothing. Beware of the tech that works on whirlpool.
Wanted me to pay 69.95 to “ hold” the appointment until the next morning…. Smh What ever happened to fixing it and getting paid.
They are open 24/7. It was the only one open on a Sunday that I found. The man did a great job. Our washer stopped draining water; The dryer wasn’t heating. Finished repairing our washer and dryer in less than an hour. I was charged $130 when I set up the appointment for diagnosis which went towards repair, and additional $300+ when everything was done. Sooo we spent almost $500 for everything which I think is a bit pricey, hence the 4 stars.
