I had a great experience
I visited your dispensary yesterday and purchased four pre-rolls for $16. Unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations. The pre-roll did not burn cleanly, producing black ash, and the flavor was stale with a lack of aroma. The smoke was harsh and caused discomfort. I was disappointed in the quality, reminiscent of products from earlier generations. I hope you can take this feedback seriously and take steps to ensure product quality and freshness.
