My husband Called today regarding getting a broken window fixed. The women on the phone was completely rude and unprofessional to him and we will be taking our business somewhere else. I only gave it 1 star so I could write a review.

I broke a side glass for my china cabinet and searched Google to find a place locally that might be able to help me. I first sent an email to find out if Kankakee Glass would be able to help me. I received a response back within a few hours answering all of my questions. When I stopped in to bring my old glass, the gal at the counter was very kind, quick, and courteous. Kankakee Glass did a great job replacing some bathroom vanity mirrors for me at a very reasonable price. I look forward to working with them again later this year to replace a few window panes.
Wow I expected more from this company its been around for years. I have called 2 times to get someone to come and give me an estimate to replace my sidelights to my entry door. I cant get past the women who answers the phone. She continues to try and give me an estimate over the phone. Her estimate of $350 was wayyyyy off seeing that the whole sidelight can be bought online for $75 (which I will now do).
