On August 30th I went to Kanji with high expectations for my brother's wedding rehearsal dinner. We assumed that a party of 30 would warrant good service. Some of the service is acceptable, but there were extreme downfalls. The first grill had to complete dinner before the second grill could start, so 15 out of 30 people had to wait until the first 15 were done with dinner. Totally unacceptable. Absolutely loved the food...however my new in-laws sat for an hour without food or drinks. They came from halfway across the world to help marry their family and were completely ignored. The bar tender is a complete a-hole and is trying to just make excuse after excuse. Man up and admit that you messed up. And apologize for goodness sake.
Best flavored sake! Service was great! Can't wait to go back for more great food and drinks!
