It’s hard to figure out what is going on with all these viruses and the long term effects they have. Dr. Patel sent me to different places to get checked out. I love that you can keep up on your bloodwork to see if any changes are working. Sometimes it takes a team of Doctors to figure illnesses out. Doctors Patel is going to get right to narrowing down what the problem could be and start sending you to get test, bloodwork, etc.
Dr. Patel is amazing! She is super knowledgeable and always makes me feel comfortable and heard during my visits. The staff are equally amazing and makes going to the doctor very easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!!
Truly one of the worst experiences over and over again. As a patient I’ve never felt more dismissed. Trying to advocate for yourself only results in more unnecessary testing and charges. I would highly recommend another office. Reception desk is always uninformed and cannot answer questions when asked. Every visit requests a Covid test to even been seen even if a home test is negative and no symptoms align that you have to pay for. Came in for a new patient physical and my visit was one of the most comfortable I've ever had. She was very kind and empathetic. She and her staff took the time to ask questions and listen to my concerns. I was given recommendations for each concern or question. I have never felt so supported by a clinician in my life. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and her team!
