Terrible. I went there for two reasons, one of which was only really addressed with a prescription (that never arrived at the pharmacy despite repeated attempts to get them to send it by myself and the pharmacist), and an issue I had with some milia. I had thought Dr. Kanigsberg would just use a tool that would pull it right out, as I’ve had done before with another doctor, but instead he used some machine that was to “burn” it off. I had the worst experience with Dr Beecker and her office. They just don't care about their patients. My 16 year old went for a consultation and they totally forgot to book the next appointment and never mentioned the details of the prerequisite tests. They were negligent in handling and following a standard operating procedure. When we try to book in another appointment they said nothing is available before September. Lots of malpractice going on at this location, needs to be reported to medical council, which I am planning... read more
