Dr. Frank Liu is absolutely outstanding—dedicated, meticulous, and a true master of his craft. I watched my mom go from struggling to stand after squatting to moving without a hitch, all through his carefully tailored treatment sessions. His expertise is unmatched, and I’d recommend him to anyone without a second thought!
