Great, friendly, social exercise class for me. I am a mother of older kids so I go on my own, and have been able to ‘borrow’ a babe for the classes. I’ve really enjoyed it, and have got an excellent workout from it. I’m feeling sore, in a good way, from a class yesterday. I highly recommend.
It is a lovely atmosphere for mums to be able to work out with kids around. Loved the circle chat bit as I had a good laugh and sharing with the other mums. I would recommend this class for mums!
Xuan bas built up a lovely community for mums and bubs alike. The classes are a great way to get to know other parents and get in some exercise, whilst keeping babies and toddlers preoccupied.
I love that I can bring my kids along to class - who love having fun with the other toddlers / kids - and that I’m supporting a small business run by a local mum. Bonus points that Xuan is always super organised and brings along lots of new toys for the kids to play with
Kangatraining is so much fun! Xuan is so friendly and welcoming to everyone. Highly recommend checking out and giving classes a try!
