My FAVE kids shoe store! This is my favorite kids shoe store in the world! I always find great quality brands at affordable prices and a good selection of sizes! All very important with a family of all girls to shop for! Paula, Josh and her mom are always a pleasure to talk to. I very much enjoy shopping here for our girls' things and am thankful I don't have to go far to find such great deals. Keep up the good work Kangaroo's Pouch!
unsatisfactory I found the owners to be extremely discourteous. They could benefit from having some training on how to speak with potential consignors, in a more business-like, less condescending manner.
Very rude! The store owner was extremely rude! Brought some things in for consignment and was treated like a small nobody. They were harsh with their words and made me feel very uncomfortable. I also looked at some of their items and prices were extraordinarily high! Some of their clothes were the same price as in the store new! The markdowns were barely even there. I will never go back to this place!
BEWARE: DO NOT ENTER THE STORE WITH YOUR CHILDREN I can't even believe this place is still in business. My experience in this facility was like being in the twilight zone. I think the name of this place should be changed to Rude 'a' roo's. Last week I had the most horrible experience ever in a retail store. GREAT NEW OWNERS!! We went in last week to meet the family who purchased the business before the holidays. Pleasantly, we found that they are doing a great job -- keeping standards high. I found them more pleasant & helpful, also the prices seemed right on. I will visit them more often & keep consigning & shopping!
GREAT SURPRISE As a single dad and just moved into the area, I asked some of the moms at my kids school where to find a close store that I could take the toys, cloths and other items that they have out grown. Was told of a few places but none of them come close to the Kangaroo's Pouch in Jupiter. The store has a lot to pick from and their standards for taking items in make sense. If you want worry free shopping and a family atmosphere just stop in and see for yourself.
Not a friendly store I went to the store twice and was very disappointed with the attitudes of the owners. My first experience. My children were looking through the toys to see what they would like to buy. They are 7 and 5. They were told by the male owner of the store not to touch anything.
