Not fully fenced security issue I was told they were in the process of putting up a security fence, that was four months ago. My unit was broken into, very disappointed in facility.
Kangaroo is the Friendliest My husband and I are business owners and have rented from Kagaroo in Loveland for the last 3 years. The office staff has always been friendly and they have always been very helpful over the years as we have juggled between 1 to 5 units throughout our stay.We love the totally paved lot and the gate access of 24 hour access. Friendly Attitudes and Excellent Customer Service I had a very pleasant experience at Kangaroo Self Storage in Loveland. I was recently in a car accident and found the employee to be very helpful and considerate, such as opening the door for me and working quickly so I need not stand too long on my crutches. As well as their specials and coupons making it so incredibly affordable.
