Terrible experience – avoid this hostel at all costs. I requested a cancellation more than 24 hours before my reservation after being explicitly told by a receptionist at the hostel that my money would be refunded and that I only needed to submit the refund request. Based on this official information, I proceeded accordingly. Horrible place to stay. Kitchen was disgusting. The door to the bathrooms didn't work so you could hear ppl showering from your room and playing loud music from the showers. There was only 1 toilet working in the men's bathroom for an entire floor. The noise at night from our room was ridiculous. The elevator machine room must have been just next to us cause we could hear it everytime someone used the lift at night.
