The staff is always friendly enough, but the last time I went here I ordered an iced americano with a splash of milk and was handed a lukewarm, watered down version with zero ice in the cup. It immediately went in the trash when I left. There was no use asking them to remake it when it’s that bad to begin with. The girls are lovely, but they need better training on making drinks.
Well, I got to the coffee shop this morning about 30 minutes before they opened and she was so nice to make a coffee for me at 6:30 AM
The girls at Kangaroo are awesome they are always friendly and make yummy drinks. If ever there is a issue, which is rare, the manager Shy is so helpful and caring.
I love love love this place. Their Avalanche coffee are my favorite and the girlies are so cute and kind! I recommend 100%
