Unprofessional property group, scam stay away. Our real estate agent was told by Beverly Fabro that all we needed in order to get a rental was to submit our bank account information, dog vaccine , pay stubs, background check, called our landlord and took $160 in application fees. We sent everything and the process took a week and was told on day 7 all we needed was one more paperwork which was our dog vaccine and we would get the rental property, after receiving all our personal documents we were told without any explanation... read more
