I am not sure what has changed in staff. I saw Dr. Samii back in 2022 for a root canal, and it was the MOST pleasant experience ever! The staff was pleasant, kind, and helpful. Dr Samii and Dr. Lee are also wonderful and very gentle and patient. However, I just left my dentist office after finding out that I have a huge abscess and infection where I previously had a root canal and crown (NOT DONE HERE), and when I called to make an appointment, whomever answered the phone was very rude, short, snarky, and was talking to me l... read more
Dr. Lee and his staff are amazing! Would highly recommend them!!
I was referred to Dr. Lee for evaluation and treatment of an infected root canal done years ago by a different endodontist. Dr. Lee and all his staff delivered professional and technical excellence every step of the way. It was easy to relax feeling confident of being in hands of well experienced assistants and the doctor himself. If only I could give them an infinite number of stars on this review!!
Dr. Lee and his staff are excellent. Firstly, they managed to get me in right away. Everyone was super friendly and empathetic. Secondly, the office was clean and family-oriented. Lastly, both procedures were explained to me, and they were PAINLESS!!! They are super, super attentive. Thank you!
