When we arrived in the place, we were told to wait for 20 minutes. We patiently waited outside for more than the waiting time. We told them that we are having the 1 hour relaxation massage which is $85 so when we were done, i handed $170 to the lady. I chose this place because of the blurb on the Penrith Westfield website. “Chinese massage, it is very strong, remedial massage, it is great for getting knots out and deep tissue therapy.” The masseuse Nikki was so sweet and not only gave a very strong deep tissue massage, but found the areas I needed and spent more time getting out the knots. We been told to wait 10 mit for a massage service after waiting almost half an hour they said that they were booked out. What a waste of time!
Very friendly team, I highly recommend them. Pricing is fair and the service is excellent.
