- Bad massage, covered only back side on full body massage - Paid for 75 mins, massage lasted 57 mins - Room was freezing - They speak different language, can’t communicate on what I want Do not recommend, will never go back

When we arrived in the place, we were told to wait for 20 minutes. We patiently waited outside for more than the waiting time. We told them that we are having the 1 hour relaxation massage which is $85 so when we were done, i handed $170 to the lady. I felt so bad from them as they speaks their language in our front which we can't understand. I chose this place because of the blurb on the Penrith Westfield website. “Chinese massage, it is very strong, remedial massage, it is great for getting knots out and deep tissue therapy.” The masseuse Nikki was so sweet and not only gave a very strong deep tissue massage, but found the areas I needed and spent more time getting out the knots.
