The system at Fort Myers leaves no room for support when the store makes a mistake. I purchased a Lazy Boy Cabot recliner and set up a delivery with the sales representative for May 6th. I was advised that I would be called on Friday to set up a delivery window. That call was never made. When I inquired as to why I had not been contacted, I was told they did not have a delivery request in the system and I would have to reschedule.
