I reviewed them below and they sent me a letter saying they will no longer treat me. Horrible practice. Retaliation because they don't do what they are supposed to do. How can it take almost 2 weeks to get a doctor to call you back on results of blood work, endless calls and voicemails. It's on!
I wish I could give them a zero. Worst practice ever, been a patient at the Bedford location for a couple of years, stick a fork in me, I am done. Rude staff, I see Dr Tina, I was recently diagnoised with an autoimmune disorder. It took two weeks of me calling and leaving voicemails for her nurse Ashley to get my results.
