I had never been at this dealership before but I needed part for my irrigation engine that my dealer did not have. They had it and said it would be in the drop box beside there front door. When I got there the part I needed was in the box. I took it and was on my way back home.

I’ve purchased several compact track loaders from this dealership and I’ve had excellent support for my machines. The service department has always been responsive and reliable in getting my machines going when needed. I’ve had experiences with other dealers and the Dodge City branch of KanEquip exceeds expectations. Their parts department is also very knowledgeable and have no issue getting parts lined out quickly. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the area looking for excellent dealer support.

Very poor service ordered part with a one year warranty they refused to fully warranty after it only made 8 bales . They rebuilt my gearbox faultily installed driveline it fell off and was lost then expect me too pay for replacement. District manager has never called and hangs up when I do . LOCAL manager is a joke .Corporate manager doesn't do anything I wouldn't waste my time or money here but a John Deer
