Someone answered the phone by yelling "hello" and "can I help you!?". Told him I needed a quote to replace a wheel bearing. Asked for my car's information. Misheard what I said at first so I repeated it and gave the exact model for reference when he said under his breath "that doesn't make a difference" in a demeaning tone. Finally gave a quote about 2x as much as it should be for that type of car. Told him that was way too much and he said "ok" and hung up the phone. Always do great work and timely.
Best shop on the island!! Many reviews say how great Ricky and this place are, but it is nothing like having the experience for yourself. He is professional and fairly priced. It's clear he truly cares about his work and his reputation. I say this is the best place on the island, but this is honestly the best auto shop I have ever been to. I hands down recommend everyone come here for quality work by honest people. No matter where you are located, Ricky and his team are worth the drive (tow).
