We won’t go anywhere else! It’s hard finding a trustful mechanic when you move someplace new, especially when you’re a female. I've gone here a few times, and there's nothing like leaving your car at a shop confidently knowing that the job will be done correctly. We had a symptom with our car that I was a bit of a doozy, and I thought that the dealership would be our only option. Ricky and his team were able to diagnose it within a day and got my daughter back on the road the following day.
Someone answered the phone by yelling "hello" and "can I help you!?". Told him I needed a quote to replace a wheel bearing. Asked for my car's information. Misheard what I said at first so I repeated it and gave the exact model for reference when he said under his breath "that doesn't make a difference" in a demeaning tone. Finally gave a quote about 2x as much as it should be for that type of car. Told him that was way too much and he said "ok" and hung up the phone.
