After years of seeing Dr K with satisfaction I am ready to move on to a new primary Dr. Things getting worse there re all communications for service. Calls are always sent to voicemail& no follow up reply. His PA doesn’t fax important orders.Extreme frustration with such downgraded medical ‘service’
The staff is friendly, but unable to perform the simplest of tasks, such as, refilling prescriptions on time. No one ever answers the phone, so you don't know if your message was ever received and, if it was received, if they understood what you asked. Their lack of communication is unacceptable. Will certainly be looking for new provider. Would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
He used to be very good. Now no one answers the phone. I have talked with him and his staff but it is all excuses and explanations. I need my doctor to answer the phone. This has been going on for months. I have to find a new doctor. Anyone have any recommendations?
Dr. K seems like a great Dr. if you can see him other wise you get to the nurse Which I wouldn’t recommend she is ok at first but the next time you see her very rude she doesn’t listen she she thinks what works for one person works for everyone not the case with pain.
Can’t honestly recommend Dr Kanellopoulos lately. I’ve been a patient for many years but boy are things changing there lately. What bothers me the most is that he is still taking on new patients but his current patients have to wait for an appt for 2 months. What good is a G.P. If you can’t see him when you really need him. While Dr. K was great when he was with HFMG, now that he has his own practice, our experience has been horrible. No one ever answers the phone, no one ever returns your call after you leave a message, and after he orders labs or tests, you’re on your own to track down the results. I left 4 messages over a 5 day period before someone finally called back with our lab results! Excellent, as always. I have his full attention, he has a great memory and charts everything. He listens patiently, answers all my questions, and helps me solve all health issues.
I’ve been seeing Dr K since 2014. He is the best doctor I’ve ever seen. He is very patient, kind, and understanding. I would not consider seeing anyone else. He’s the best!
This Dr. listens! Ii have lived in FL for 30 years and Dr. K. is boy far the best Physician I have gone to.
