We questioned their services, recommendations and billing practices (because no one should have to pay a bill filled with additional fees for work not done); this is our responsibility as a client. And they (Bruce "Chip" Morris) were difficult to work with and combative. If you want a legal team that is professional, provides valuable services at a reasonable price, and has the grit to manage the work, look elsewhere.
