Although there was some delays at times, they were able to be flexible and help with some difficult situations. It’s hard to get good reviews as a management company. If they’re doing a good job, no one says anything, but if they make a mistake- instant 1 star. Patrick was quick to answer my calls and was critical in getting a situation sorted.
Where to begin? I own a condo in an association that currently engages Kane for partial property management services. Kane Property (mis)Management is among the very worst property management companies I have ever experienced. Dennis Kane is rude, dismissive, unethical, and lazy. He acts as if he is an owner in the buildings they manage and his general tone is one of "I know better and this is how it will be."
