Avoid at all costs! HORRIBLE TO WORK WITH The worst customer experience I’ve had with any company period. Over the course of 3 months this company failed to find adequate insurance to cover my home. When I cancelled the policy they claimed I owed a $200 cancellation fee for a premium that was really never in place!

David Brady is awesome! He did such a good job with our insurance claim when we lost our boiler during the coldest weather of the year a few weeks ago! He handled everything for us and kept us up to date on the status of the claim. He’s also the one that originally got us the coverage, which turned out to be an awesome policy and company. I couldn’t be happier and I recommend him and Kane Insurance to everyone. Keep up the good job!

If I could double the 5 star rating, I would. I own a small vaporizer & hookah shop in Dracut, MA. Due to the nature of my retail business, it was extremely difficult to find an insurance company willing to cover me.
