Terrible customer service. AC units are still not cooling after they were serviced by Dennis. I contacted him 2 days later and told him I continued to experience the same issue. I have been texting him and no response. Almost a month into this mess my husband was able to get a hold of him via phone and Dennis cussed him and hung up! I should have read the reviews which clearly I didn’t. So money lost. I honestly don’t know how he is still in business.

UPDATE, TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH AND NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK?I THINK THEY'RE STILL IN BUSINESS?? Called him just to see if he was ok, and he hung up on me because he knows he put the riser on a reverse decline so it collects water and sounds like a bomb went off when the heat comes on. Sad, but true.

Always does an excellent job. Only guy who Masters the baseboard loop off of a steam boiler. Had my first AC put in by him over 20yrs ago and just replaced it along with my steam boiler. UPDATE, TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH AND NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK?I THINK THEY'RE STILL IN BUSINESS??
