William is a stand up guy. Stood behind his install and warranty. Helped troubleshoot and solve a lingering issue.
Eddie was fantastic. I reported HVAC issues and he was extremely thorough, checking the entire setup from top to bottom. He explained everything in great detail, including how the system is set up, best practices, and helpful suggestions for optimal performance, even covering thermostat use.
