Would be NEGATIVE STARS if I could! Does NOT listen to patients. I've had botox for cervical dystonia many times, with many different doctors, but my first round of botox with him, he ignored me when I told him the locations that were effective for me, and put it in places that caused me to have horrific occipital neuralgia, dizziness and incredible pain and RUINED MY LIFE FOR 3 MONTHS. Dr Hussain and his staff are to busy to give my husband the medical care we needed. They don't answer the phone's or return calls in a timely manner resulting in my husband having to go to the ER. I'm sure he's good for some, just not for us.
If i could give them 0 stars i would. got in to see the dr. and i was told to use the portal for any questions. i sent a message about 2 months ago and no has answered me. calling in is a joke. no one EVER answers the phone. it took 4 days to get someone to respond to my message. my cpap needed adjustments because it was dumping water into my mask making it unusable. when they finally got back to me the answer for my issue was " you need a chin strap so the air flows in my nose"??? what the hell. did you NOT EVEN LISTEN TO T... read more
While he was calm and appeared nice his assessment was not very thorough - he checked reflexes and her left showed hyporeflexia (and if reflexes weren't decreased he maybe needed to check them again). My sister went into the ER on Friday by ambulance (unable to walk, eyes didnt track and speech was not clear - NIH 21 upon initial assessment by the nurse and MD) - CT and MRI were negative and labs that were completed were within normal.
