This was my first and last appointment. The facility is clean, looks fairly new. I was given paperwork to fill out as a new patient, expected. Problem is, the only information I was asked in paperwork was who needs access to my medical information and who doesn't. I filled it out and turned it in. Though most all of us dread trips to "the Doctors", this staff made the trip seamlessly easy and pleasant. They were very accommodating to my wheelchair & entire staff was terrific!! My trip there went quickly without any difficulty and I appreciated the entire staffs' attention and being incredibly "nice"!. In many places, being "nice" has become a lost art!! I highly recommend both this office, the P.A. that I visited with and the time spent there was worth it, even in this heat!

If a doctors visit can be described as pleasant, Dr. Maddukuri’s practice is certainly one. Check in at reception is always friendly and efficient. All the technicians are friendly and professional. Dr. Maddukuri is always professional and takes time to discuss any and all issues with you while creating a very relaxing atmosphere.

Dr. Maddukuri is patient friendly and caring. She is most attentive to her patients needs! The office staff is very friendly and the wait time is no more than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend Dr Maddukuri to my family and friends.

The entire process from appointment setting to checkout was seamless and handled professionally. Dr. Maddukuri was thorough, friendly, and provided me with practical medical advice. The following morning of my visit, I called regarding a medical question and received a call back from the medical team within 2 hours!
