These people are great. I am a recovering cancer patient so infusion rooms make me nervous but I am always made comfortable at Kane Hall Barry. I am always welcomed with a blanket and a pillow and snacks. I get reclasp infusions for my bones and the time just flys by when I am there. Thank you all for making the trigger of chemo go away and the reclasp infusion go by so easily.
Overall experience was great! Facility was easy to navigate and was well run. Staff was efficient, responsive and friendly. My nurse was professional and explained the procedure, fully answering all questions. I left feeling confident and optimistic. An overall stress free experience.
This infusion center is OUTSTANDING. The nurses create and maintain a friendly and positive atmosphere. They are superb professionals who not only know what they are doing technically but treat their patients with dignity, respect and a caring attitude. They are responsive to requests and help in any way they can. If you need an infusion go to this facility if at all possible. I highly recommend them.
Staff is very professional and knowledgeable…..also very accommodating…..made sure I (& all the other patients) was comfortable and helped me understand why I was there!! Took very little time and so far I have not had any side effects
Friendly and knowledgeable staff providing shots. Helpful in describing steps to procedure and what to recognize if any discomforts. This was my first visit. Went well. Feel confident the next visit will also have great care.
