Worst administrative staff I’ve ever encountered. For 6 months my insurance has told me the provider must accept me as they are listed, and this office tells me they won’t see me. Incredibly rude staff, same woman every single time. I hope she is replaced by someone more invested in patient hospitality and care, as every admin staff for a PCP has provided me with such kindness in the past. Don’t bother calling unless you want someone to belittle you with every sentence.
I’ve called over five times to obtain an appointment, four of those times the receptionist refused stating I didn’t make the NP my provider through my insurance. I did. Finally I get an appointment with a completely different NP (no biggie) the day of my appointment I’m in the ER and called to cancel. I’ve since called back 3 times to obtain an appointment for an annual exam. FINALLY the receptionist calls back to let me know that the entire office is no longer taking patients. Went for a physical, felt very heard and cared about with my exam. Also extremely cool vibe for a doctor's office.
Do not go here! They put you with an awful nurse practitioner who will not help you because she doesn't know what she is doing.
