This place has always got a bad wrap, so when my uncle went there I was very scared. I can say that it was not dirty but the care was horrible, he left with bedsores on his bottom and feet, that I had to bring to their attention. We removed him because he got a black eye, one of the staff hit him in the eye.we went a lot , we complained a lot they did not care!!This is a terrible place don’t leave your loved ones there!
I wanted to be sure to take the time to leave this review as this was a very positive experience despite timing not being in the facilities favor. I am a nurse who works with a lot of different social workers day to day. I had the opportunity of working with Georganna, the social worker at Glen Hazel, in transferring a resident to our community.
