I used Kandis for two separate transactions a few years apart. One was a sale and the most recent was a purchase. As I do not live in the Okanagan, her insight into the market and information gathering was vital to find the right property. She responded in a timely manner. My search was not limited to one municipality and she had valuable knowledge of each area.
