The staff has been phenomenal throughout the care of our two cats and I cannot imagine a place more accommodating or considerate. Without question, the staff are caring and willing to help in any scenario. We recently lost one of our pets and they have done more than I thought possible in making the grieving process less strenuous and painful. Thank you for your kindness and compassion for our family.
Our two dogs in our 20 years in Rock Hill have always gone to CAC with excellent and kind service at every appointment. When an emergency came up we usually got in to see the doctor same day. We recently lost our English retriever of 12 years and Dr. Morrison through every step could not have been more kind and compassionate. The hand written note from her after the loss of Palmer was incredibly thoughtful and showed what kind of doctor she is.
