On there website it says excepts all insurance but when you call them they only take employer insurance. They need to change there website
I switched to Dr Spicer due to an insurance change, and my family and I couldn't have landed at a better place. They get you in promptly, everyone is so kind and Dr Spicer is just the nicest dentist I've ever meet. I highly recommend Kanawha Valley Dental for kids and adults both.
Dr. Spicer was great and his dental hygienist was even better. Very nice explained throughly as it was being performed. The only reason I'm not providing a 5-star review is because I overheard one of the desk workers say to her coworker I'm just standing there. What she didn't know was I getting an appointment made with an oral surgeon and the call was performed right in front of me. The staff at KVDG was very competent, highly professional and customer/patient friendly. This was my first visit with KVDG and I am looking forward to being their patient.
